I'm so glad I have
Xie Laoshi (谢老师) as my chinese teacher. She's the only chinese teacher I've grown 2 respect and even feel the need 2 score an A1 for. Other chinese teachers usually just give up on students who are disruptive (
me), but my laoshi has nv done that.
Her patience is amazing. She did not flare up @ my class for being horrendously noisy and playful. Instead, she flared up because she felt she wasn't doing her job well, that it was her fault that she could not control the class well.
Where can you find a chinese teacher like her????
She's leaving MG next year cuz she's been dispatched 2 teach @ another school & I'll miss her. She's so nice 2 even invite the whole class 2 her house for a party :) Cuz we did better for O's than prelims, she's super happy about that, but I'm going 2 do even better & get the A1 for her this time.
